Shannon’s annual end-of-summer
pool party at her parents’ isolated Lake House is always
a hot ticket for the in-crowd. With her parents away, rowdy
teenagers get wild, loud, and lewd. They don’t think
anyone can hear their fun, but the party attracts an unseen
and uninvited guest – Ron, a sadistic escaped mental
patient. Seven years earlier Ron went over the edge when he
caught his girlfriend having sees at a party with his best
friend. He killed them both.
His violent psychopathic rages worsened over the years until
any feeling Ron might have had died and were replaced by a
murderous black hole. The sight of the promiscuous bikini
clad teenagers is all it takes to set him off. One by one
the teens start to disappear as Ron massacres them in unspeakable
ways. The missing guests go unnoticed as everyone is having
too much fun. Evening approaches and most of the kids leave
for the long drive back to the city.
Shannon invites three of her closest friends, Karli, Chad
and Harry to sleepover and keep the party going. But Ron has
his own plans. Little do they know what bloody, horrific non-stop
nightmare awaits them. Ron even slaughters two inquiring policemen
and a handyman.
As the dawn breaks only Karli and Harry have survived the
night. Their only way out is to kill the demented madman.
They manage to do this and escape their hellish nightmare.
The last image we see is Karli and Harry assisting one another,
walking away from the house of horrors.
